The 2011 Evans School of Public Affairs' Benefit-Cost Center's annual Benefit-Cost conference was held at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington, DC. This year's theme, 'Theory, Science & Statistics in the Use of Benefit-Cost Analysis' included a panel on BCAs within educational decision making. Presenters included Mark Long, Glenn Blomquist, Helen Ladd, Seong Moon & Phil Oreopoulos. A second panel around BCAs of programs for children at risk included presentations by Kim Thompson, Fumie Griego, Richard Williams and Clark Nardinelli.
